Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 ml milk, low-fat (1.5% fat), cold
  • 50 g berries, frozen
  • 1 tsp locust bean gum
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • n. B. Sweetener or sugar (to taste)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

tastes almost like paradise cream and you can adjust the taste as you like

Beat the cold milk with the fruit, locust bean gum, and baking powder with a hand mixer for about 5 minutes. Once the mixture is smooth, stir in the sweetener or sugar. Serve the delicious paradise cream.
