Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 30 g cranberries
  • 50 g raisins, unsulfured
  • 4 dates, dried, pitted
  • 25 g oat flakes, fine
  • 25 g protein powder, neutral
  • 50 g ground almonds
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • n. B. Wafers

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 45 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Chop the dates and soak them together with the cranberries and raisins in 100 ml of water for about 30-45 minutes. Finely grind the oats in a blender and mix them with the egg white powder and ground almonds in a bowl. Preheat the oven to 130°C. Blend the fruit mixture, including the soaking water, in a blender until not too fine. Add the oil and fruit mixture to the dry ingredients and mix. Spread the mixture in a rectangular shape about 1 cm thick on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. If desired, place wafers under and over the fruit mixture. Bake on the second rack from the top for about 25-30 minutes. Let the bars cool slightly, remove from the baking paper while still warm, and cut into pieces.
