Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 ml milk
  • 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla
  • 200 g cottage cheese (granular cream cheese)
  • 5 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp eggnog
  • 1 can cocktail fruit approx. 450 g

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

simple, quick dessert

Drain the fruit. Mix the custard powder with a little milk until smooth, then whisk into the boiling milk and cook until pudding-like. Add the sugar, then stir in the cottage cheese and egg liqueur. Let cool slightly. Alternate this cream with the drained fruit in dessert glasses, then refrigerate. Top with a scoop of ice cream to serve; it tastes delicious too. Of course, you can also use fresh fruit instead of the fruit cocktail!
