Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 large apple
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 3 kiwis
  • 1 small orange(s)
  • 4 strawberries
  • 250 g natural yogurt
  • possibly grains of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut all the fruit into small pieces (slice the bananas and quarter the strawberries) and place them in a bowl. Add the yogurt and mix everything with a spoon. To serve, divide the fruit salad among four bowls. If you like, you can also sprinkle the fruit salad with seeds of your choice.
