Radish – radish – salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 large radish(s)
  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • 2 onions, red
  • 2 bunches of chives
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • 1 tbsp horseradish, grated
  • 1 tsp, levelled honey
  • Salt and pepper from the mill
  • 4 tbsp rapeseed oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

with horseradish and mustard dressing

Wash the radish, peel it thinly, and cut it into wafer-thin slices. Wash and trim the radishes, then thinly slice them, as well as the peeled onions. Sort the chives, wash them, pat them dry, and finely chop them. For the dressing, gently warm the honey and add it to an empty screw-top jar with the other ingredients. Shake well. Mix the salad with the dressing and let it marinate in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
