Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 2 apples, red
  • 1 orange(s)
  • 200 g grapes
  • 50 g sunflower seeds

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the lemon in half and squeeze the juice. Mix the lemon juice with the honey in a salad bowl. Peel the banana, slice it, and immediately add it to the lemon juice. Wash the apples thoroughly, cut it into quarters, and remove the cores. Cut the unpeeled apples into small pieces and add them to the lemon juice. Peel the orange, cut it into wedges, and chop them finely. Wash the grapes and drain them in a sieve. Pick the stems, halve them, and remove the seeds. Stir the orange pieces and halved grapes into the bananas and apples. Roast the sunflower seeds in a pan without oil until golden brown and stir them in. You can also use other fruits for the fruit salad. It’s best to adapt to the season.
