Fruit salad with a kick

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 can pineapple, in pieces
  • 1 small can/mandarin orange(s)
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 kiwi(s), peeled and cut into pieces
  • 200 g grapes
  • 250 g yogurt (vanilla yogurt)
  • 75 ml liqueur (coconut liqueur)
  • 1 shot of Cointreau
  • ½ lime(s), the juice
  • e.g. honey or sugar
  • Mint, for garnishing

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Drain the pineapple and mandarins. Peel and slice the bananas. Wash the grapes and remove the stems. Mix everything with the kiwi pieces. Combine the vanilla yogurt, lime juice, coconut liqueur, and Cointreau, pour over the fruit, and mix gently. Season to taste with honey or sugar and let it sit in the refrigerator for one hour. Divide among serving bowls and garnish with mint leaves. You can also serve it in a large bowl at a party and everyone can serve themselves.
