Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 1,500 g grapes, seedless green
- 250 g cream cheese
- 250 g sour cream
- 100 g sugar, white
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 30 g nuts (pecans), chopped
- 2 tbsp sugar, brown
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Wash and dry the grapes. In a large bowl, combine the quark, sour cream, white sugar, and vanilla sugar. Add the grapes and mix. Sprinkle the mixture with the brown sugar and chopped pecans. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
