Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kiwi(s)
  • 1 tangerine(s)
  • 2 tbsp almonds, ground
  • 4 tbsp orange juice
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp mustard, medium hot
  • some pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cut the fruit into pieces. Combine the oil, orange juice, honey, mustard, and pepper to make a dressing. Mix the almonds with the fruit. Then pour the dressing over the fruit and mix well. The mustard and pepper add a slight spiciness, which is tempered by the sweetness of the honey.
