Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 5 strawberries
- ½ mango(s)
- 1 apple
- 5 grapes
- 500 ml yogurt, 1.5% fat
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 ½ tsp honey
- 1 lime(s) or lemon, juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
First, wash all the fruit and cut it into bite-sized pieces, then place everything in a suitable bowl. Now drizzle with a little lime or lemon juice and mix well. Then simply add the yogurt, if desired. Finally, drizzle with some honey and cinnamon and mix well. You can use any fruit you like.
