Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g fruit or more
  • 2 tbsp sugar or honey
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp liquid, cold (water, fruit juice or alcohol)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with ice cream or other desserts

Puree the peeled fruit. Add 2-3 tablespoons of sugar or honey and blend. Bring the fruit puree to a boil in a small saucepan. Mix 2-3 tablespoons of cornstarch with 2-3 tablespoons of cold liquid and stir into the sauce. Continue cooking briefly, then set aside and let cool.
