Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 small banana(s), ripe, peeled weighing 75 g
- 20 g wheat flour type 405
- 2 pinch(s) baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil
- 10 g walnuts, chopped
- 30 g hazelnuts, ground
- some organic orange(s), grated peel
- 30 ml water
- some oil for the pan
- 100 g Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 pinch of vanilla powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 13 minutes
with vanilla yogurt
Peel the banana and cut into pieces. Combine the ingredients, from egg to water, in a tall bowl and blend until smooth using a hand blender. Heat the oil in a pan, but do not overheat. Make three small pancakes or one large pancake from the mixture. Fry until golden brown, about 3 1/2 minutes per side. Meanwhile, combine the yogurt, honey, and ground vanilla. Serve the pancakes with the vanilla yogurt.
