Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g cherries
- 1 cup red wine
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 4 cl rum
- 1 cup of cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Pit the cherries (drained cherries from a jar will also work) and place them in a microwave-safe dish with the red wine, sugar, cinnamon, cream, rum and starch. Let the whole thing “cook” for about 5-7 minutes at 700 watts.
