Ingredients for 1 servings:
- ½ orange(s)
- ¼ lemon(s)
- 1 slice(s) ginger, peeled
- 1 carrot(s)
- ¼ apple
- 1 lettuce leaf (lettuce, lamb’s lettuce or similar), alternatively lettuce hearts
- ¼ banana(s)
- 150 ml water
- 50 ml buttermilk
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Chop the pieces into small pieces and peel them first, depending on the type of vegetable or fruit. Add water and buttermilk and blend everything in a blender or smoothie maker until smooth. Depending on your blender or smoothie maker, you can do this in two steps, adding the buttermilk and lettuce leaves in the second step.
