Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g blackberries, fresh
  • 200 g blueberries, fresh
  • 2 small papayas
  • some water, still, optional

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

A delight cold or warm – with berries and papaya

Briefly wash the berries, place them in a blender, and blend on high for 20 seconds. Peel the papaya and remove the seeds. Cut into pieces and place them in the blender. Blend on high for about 20 seconds. If the soup is too thick, add a little water. The soup can be served without water, for example, with semolina or rice porridge.
