Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 180 g flour
- 150 g sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 150 g yogurt (fruit yogurt), of your choice
- 3 tbsp mineral water
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Mix all ingredients, fill into muffin cups and bake at 180°C for about 15 minutes.
