Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 grapefruit(s), pink
  • 1 half banana(s)
  • 10 raspberries
  • 1 nectarine(s), peeled
  • 1 tbsp yogurt
  • some honey, liquid
  • 2 ice cubes

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Squeeze the grapefruit and add the juice to the blender along with all the other ingredients and blend until you have a creamy smoothie.
