Grilled banana with goat cheese

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 bananas
  • 8 slice(s) cheese, (soft goat cheese)
  • some honey or maple syrup
  • some butter or oil for the mold
  • possibly goat’s cheese
  • possibly cheese (soft cheese of your choice)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Tapas variation

Halve the bananas lengthwise and place them in a greased, ovenproof dish. Slice the goat cheese and spread it on top of the bananas. Adjust the thickness of the slices to your liking. Drizzle a little honey or syrup over the cheese and bananas. Grill in the oven for a few minutes to melt the cheese slightly. Serve while still hot with other tapas and bread. Alternatively, you can use goat cheese or other soft cheese.
