Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g compote, drained
- 500 ml milk
- 50 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 40 g cornstarch
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 egg white
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Combine the cornstarch with the milk, vanilla sugar, and sugar, bring to a boil, and simmer for 3 minutes. Stir in the egg yolks and remove the pan from the heat. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold in. Divide the compote into bowls and drizzle with the cream. Serve the dessert slightly chilled.
