Fruity and Fiery Summer Salad

The perfect fruity and fiery summer salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 handful Salad (e.g. lamb’s lettuce)
  • 0,25 piece Galia melon (or optionally another type of melon)
  • 1 branch Fresh mint
  • 2 tablespoon Fruity balsamic cream
  • 0,5 piece Feta cheese
  • 1 piece Small red onion
  • 1 piece Salt and pepper
  • 1 piece Chilli spice
  • 1 piece Almonds
  • 1 teaspoon Oil (e.g. rapeseed oil)
  1. Wash and portion the lettuce and place on a large plate. Chop the mint and sprinkle it over the salad. Remove the skin from the melon and onion, dice and add. Sprinkle a teaspoon of oil over the ingredients, then season with a little salt and pepper. Then pour the balsamic cream over it. Crumble the feta over the salad with your fingers. Sprinkle some chilli on top and then top with the almond slivers. Voilà, bon appétit!
