Fruity and spicy Chinese cabbage salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 small head of Chinese cabbage, sliced
  • 2 apples, cut into strips
  • 2 carrots, cut into strips
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp mango chutney
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 dash of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 ½ tsp caraway seeds, whole
  • Salt and pepper from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

as a side dish when grilling

Combine the Chinese cabbage, apples, and carrots in a large bowl and mix. Combine the other ingredients to make a dressing and stir into the vegetables.
