Carrot and feta salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g carrot(s)
  • 2 spring onions
  • 1 small can of pineapple
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 pack of feta cheese
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes

Something quick to grill

Wash and peel the carrots, then grate them into small wedges. Peel the spring onions and slice them into thin rings. Place 1 small can of pineapple, including its juice, in a bowl. Add the sour cream and honey and mix everything together. Add the spring onion rings and carrot wedges to the bowl and mix everything together. Remove the feta from the package and crumble it over the top. Mix everything thoroughly. Let everything sit for 2-3 hours and then season with salt and pepper.
