Fruity and spicy party potato salad

Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 2 kg potatoes, boiled and peeled
  • 1 large apple
  • 4 cucumber(s), sour
  • 1 can vegetables (Mexican mix)
  • 1 jar mayonnaise
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • some milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes

great for a party with lots of guests

Slice the potatoes and place them in a suitable bowl. Peel and finely dice the apple. Add the pickles and the canned vegetables to the potatoes. Mix everything together. Add mayonnaise to the salad and pour a little milk into the jar, shake, and add. Mix everything thoroughly and season generously with salt and pepper. Cover the bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve. It’s best to take the salad out of the refrigerator half an hour before serving, as this allows the flavor to develop better.
