Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g biscuit(s), (egg biscuits)
- 150 g mascarpone
- 100 ml cream, liquid
- 80 g desiccated coconut

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 30 minutes
Spread half of the egg cookies with mascarpone and stack them with the other cookies. Then dip them in the cream and roll them in the coconut flakes. Refrigerate overnight to soften. These macarons are super soft and not too sweet.
