Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 175 g butter
- 175 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 3 eggs
- 225 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 48 apricot halves (approx. 1 1/2 cans)
- 250 g apricot jam
- Sugar (granulated sugar) for sprinkling
Instructions

enough for approx. 24 pieces
First, cut 6 strips, each 11 cm wide, from a roll of aluminum foil. Divide each strip into 4 squares. Pull these squares over a drinking glass and press down firmly = 24 tart cases. Make a dough with butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, flour, and baking powder. Place an apricot half in each tart case and fill with 2 tablespoons of dough. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C – 225°C for approx. 30-35 minutes. Place another apricot half on top of each baked tartlet. Heat the jam briefly, spread it over the apricots, and finally sprinkle each tartlet with sugar.
