Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 medium-sized carrots, finely grated
- 2 cloves garlic, to taste
- 6 prunes, cut into thin strips or
- 1 apple, sour, grated
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp lemon juice or 2 tbsp orange juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 tsp soy sauce
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Toss the prepared vegetables, squeeze the garlic, make a dressing from the mayo, soy sauce, and citrus juice, and mix in. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes. The salad is useless without garlic; at least one clove is essential. Garlic lovers can add more garlic if they like. Garnish with sunflower seeds or pine nuts, if desired.
