Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g monkfish, cut into medallions
- 8 tbsp olive oil
- 2 dashes lemon juice
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 1 sprig(s) thyme, chopped
- salt and pepper
- 1 clove(s) garlic, crushed
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
Marinate the monkfish medallions in the marinade made from all the remaining ingredients for about 1 hour. Then grill them on a charcoal or electric grill, carefully turning them 2-3 times.
