Fruity chicken curry

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 150 ml milk
  • 1 can peach(s)
  • 100 ml peach juice from the can
  • 2 m.-sized banana(s)
  • 1 mango(s), fresh
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • e.g. turmeric powder
  • e.g. curry powder
  • 2 bags of rice or wild rice
  • possibly sauce thickener, lighter

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Briefly sear the chicken breast and then deglaze with milk and peach juice. Add the crème fraîche and season with salt, pepper, turmeric, and curry. Meanwhile, cook the rice as usual. Now add the diced fruit to the chicken curry and bring everything back to a boil. If the sauce is still too runny, thicken it with a light sauce thickener. Finally, arrange everything together beautifully and serve.
