Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 avocado(s)
- ½ lemon(s)
- 1 egg yolk
- 50 ml whipped cream
- n. B. Bacon
- 300 g pasta
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Peel the garlic and avocado, removing the pit from the latter. Squeeze the lemon. Blend the garlic, avocado, lemon, and egg yolk. Add the cream to your liking, ensuring the mixture is not too thick, but not too runny. Meanwhile, add the pasta and cook the bacon, optionally with a few onions for extra flavor. Drain the pasta, return it to the pot, and toss with the desired amount of avocado cream and bacon.
