Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g beef, cooked
  • 2 onions, red
  • 2 cucumber(s) , (pickles)
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 bell peppers, red and green
  • 100 mushrooms (fresh)
  • 1 apple
  • ½ bunch flat-leaf parsley
  • 6 tbsp cucumber juice
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 pinch of garlic salt
  • ½ tsp pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Cut the meat into approximately 2cm pieces. Slice the onion into rings, and dice the apples, cucumbers, and carrots. Slice the bell peppers. Chop the parsley. Make a marinade from the cucumber juice, oil, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, and pepper. Loosely mix all ingredients together with the marinade in a bowl and let it marinate for about 1 hour.
