Fruity Chicken – Sliced

The perfect fruity chicken – sliced recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 Chicken schnitzel
  • 0,5 Fresh onion
  • Salt and paprika
  • 3 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Curry powder
  • 100 Milliliters Poultry broth
  • 50 Milliliters Peach juice
  • 2 Peach halves canned drained
  • 50 g Whipped cream
  1. Wash the meat, dry it with kitchen paper and cut into strips. Peel and roughly dice the onion. Mix both, season with salt and paprika. Add the oil. Mix everything together and let it steep for 30 minutes.
  2. Fry the meat without adding any further fat. Dust the curry powder over it. Briefly sauté. Deglaze with the chicken stock and peach juice. Simmer gently for 5 minutes.
  3. Chop the peaches into small pieces. Add and heat with. Finally stir in the cream. Bring everything to the boil again … Done 😉 We had croquettes with it.
