Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 m.-large Chinese cabbage
- 1 small can of pineapple pieces
- 1 small can/mandarin orange(s)
- 250 ml cream
- Salt
- Sugar
- lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Remove the stalk from the Chinese cabbage and chop it into small pieces. Wash and spin dry. Place the Chinese cabbage in a bowl. Drain the juice from the mandarins and pineapple and add the pineapple to the Chinese cabbage. Pour the cream over the cabbage and mix everything well. Season to taste with lemon juice, salt, and sugar.
