Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 4 oranges
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 lemon(s), juice
  • some herbal sea salt
  • some pepper
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ⅛ liter sweet cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel and thinly slice the cucumbers, peel and thinly slice the onion, and thinly slice the peeled oranges. Mix the oil, lemon juice, herb sea salt, and pepper with honey and cream to make a dressing and season to taste. Drizzle over the remaining salad ingredients and serve immediately.
