Pesto with arugula, basil, walnuts and pine nuts

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 75 g pine nuts
  • 75 g walnuts
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 150 g basil
  • 150 g arugula
  • 80 g Parmesan
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Thermomix recipe

Finely chop the Parmesan cheese in the blender (if using a single piece). Add the remaining ingredients to the mixing bowl and blend very finely for about 1-2 minutes on Turbo mode. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
