Ingredients for 4 servings:
- ½ mango(s)
- 250 g ketchup
- 75 g red onion(s)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp grainy mustard
- 1 red chili pepper(s)
- Salt
- Sugar
- curry powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
with mango
Peel and dice the mango. Split, deseed, and finely chop the chili pepper. Peel and finely dice the onions, and fry them in a pan with oil until translucent. Mix the ketchup and mustard and pass through the prepared ingredients. Season with salt and a pinch of sugar. Sprinkle the curry powder over the sausage or sauce when serving.
