Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 small can of pineapple pieces
  • 2 m.-sized apple
  • 1 kiwi(s)
  • 1 small can of peach(s)
  • 1 lemon(s), the juice
  • 2 tsp honey

Place the pineapple chunks in a bowl (reserve the canned juice!). Peel the apple, quarter it, remove the core, and cut it into pieces. Peel the kiwi, quarter it, and cut it into pieces. Cut the peaches into roughly equal-sized pieces (reserve the canned juice!). Squeeze the lemon and add the juice to the bowl. Add 2 teaspoons of honey, 2 teaspoons of pineapple juice (from the can), and 2 teaspoons of peach juice (from the can) and mix well! You can add more of one or the other type of juice to taste. Tastes delicious for breakfast or as a dessert with vanilla ice cream!
