Fruity goulash soup

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g chicken schnitzel or turkey schnitzel
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • some olive oil
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 2 bell peppers, yellow and green
  • 50 g raisins
  • 2 jars of mango chutney, one mild and one hot
  • 1 cup of sweet cream or cremefine for cooking
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • some soy sauce
  • some curry powder

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the schnitzel into bite-sized pieces and sear them with the chopped onion in a little olive oil. Chop the tomatoes and bell peppers and add them to the pot with the meat, along with the raisins and mango chutney. Close the lid and cook in the pressure cooker for 5 minutes over medium heat. Remove the steam from the pot, stir in the cream, and season with sugar, curry powder, and soy sauce. The soup tastes great even on the second day and is highly recommended as a party dish. Serve with a baguette.
