Fruity iceberg leek salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 1 head of iceberg lettuce
  • 1 vegetable onion(s)
  • 1 can of tangerine(s)
  • 1 apple, sweet
  • 1 cup dressing (yogurt dressing)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Trim the leek and slice into thin rings. Wash and finely chop the iceberg lettuce. Peel the onion and apple and also chop them finely. Drain the mandarin oranges and reserve the juice. Combine the leek, lettuce, onion, apple, mandarin oranges, and some of the juice in a bowl and mix. Add a little yogurt dressing, if desired, and let stand for a while.
