Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup of cream (full cream)
- 1 cup natural yogurt, set
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp, leveled gingerbread spice
- 3 tbsp thick juice (Birnel dark)
- 3 cups flour, whole grain
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 3 tsp cocoa powder
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 42 minutes; Total time approx. 57 minutes
very juicy and keeps well for a long time
Use the empty yogurt container to measure the ingredients. Mix all ingredients up to and including the Birnel until smooth. Then add the flour, baking soda, and cocoa powder and mix again. Pour the mixture into a greased cake pan and bake in the center of a preheated oven (convection oven) to 170°C for 42 minutes. Do the skewer test; the cake should still be nice and moist inside. Let the gingerbread cool completely and then serve slices, best with butter.
