Fruity Marinated Chicken

The perfect fruity marinated chicken recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 Chicken breasts
  • 2 Garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 Fresh onion
  • 1 piece Fresh ginger
  • 50 ml Soybean oil
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Honey liquid
  • 1 tbsp Apricot jam
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 3 tbsp Orange juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 Pr Chili
  • Thyme
  • Basil
  • Rosemary
  1. Wash the chicken breasts under running water and pat dry. Put in a bowl. Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves. Peel the ginger and grate finely. Peel and dice the onion. Mix the soy oil with the soy sauce, honey, orange juice, jam and tomato paste. Stir in garlic, onion, ginger, chilli and chopped herbs. Pour the marinade over the chicken breasts and let it steep in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Then remove, drain briefly and cook on the grill. Arrange the finished chicken breasts decoratively. Garnish with sprigs of herbs and serve.
  2. I served it with an iceberg lettuce with blue grapes, pineapple, tangerine with yogurt dressing and garlic baguette. Enjoy your meal!
