Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 ml milk, 1.5%
- 2 bananas
- 1 apple, peeled, pitted
- 4 tbsp berries, frozen
- 1 lemon(s), the juice
Instructions

Peel the bananas, cut them into chunks, and place them in a large measuring jug. Peel, core, and quarter the apple, and add them to the bowl. Add the frozen berries and squeeze the lemon juice over them. Then pour in the milk and blend everything with a hand blender. Because the berries are still frozen, the milkshake is wonderfully cold and wonderfully refreshing in the warmer months!
