Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 50 g almond(s), chopped
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 100 g oat flakes
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 150 g applesauce or apple compote
  • 250 g yogurt, Greek

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Heat the oil in a pan and toast the almonds, sesame seeds, and oats. Drizzle with honey and stir in the seed mix until well dissolved. Then let the mixture cool on a plate. Spoon one tablespoon of applesauce into each of four dessert glasses or bowls, then top each with two tablespoons of yogurt and sprinkle with the crisp mix. Then layer the puree and yogurt again and garnish with the remaining crisp mix. A delicious and light dessert. Also suitable for breakfast or brunch.
