Fruity Pasta Salad

The perfect fruity pasta salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 gr Pasta
  • 250 gr Tangerine preserve
  • 200 gr Cherry tomatoes
  • 100 gr Olive black
  • 200 gr Sheep cheese
  • 300 gr Galia melon
  • 5 tbsp Mayonnaise lightly
  • Dried rosemary
  • Dried thyme
  • Mint
  • Fresh smooth parsley
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Boil the pasta and then rinse it well with cold water so that it is no longer warm.
  2. Mix the 5 tablespoons of mayonnaise with a little juice of the mandarins in a bowl. Then season well with rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper
  3. Add the canned mandarins to the bowl and mash them with a fork
  4. Cut the olives and tomatoes in half. Cut the melon into small pieces. Cut the sheep cheese into cubes. Put everything in the bowl and add the noodles on top.
  5. Roughly chop the parsley and mint and add to the bowl. Mix everything once vigorously and let it steep for 2 hours.
