Fruity Pasta Salad
The perfect fruity pasta salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 gr Pasta
- 250 gr Tangerine preserve
- 200 gr Cherry tomatoes
- 100 gr Olive black
- 200 gr Sheep cheese
- 300 gr Galia melon
- 5 tbsp Mayonnaise lightly
- Dried rosemary
- Dried thyme
- Mint
- Fresh smooth parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
- Boil the pasta and then rinse it well with cold water so that it is no longer warm.
- Mix the 5 tablespoons of mayonnaise with a little juice of the mandarins in a bowl. Then season well with rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper
- Add the canned mandarins to the bowl and mash them with a fork
- Cut the olives and tomatoes in half. Cut the melon into small pieces. Cut the sheep cheese into cubes. Put everything in the bowl and add the noodles on top.
- Roughly chop the parsley and mint and add to the bowl. Mix everything once vigorously and let it steep for 2 hours.
