Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g pasta (spirals or fusilli)
  • 1 small can of mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 small can of peas, finely chopped (212 ml)
  • 200 g meat sausage
  • 4 gherkins, depending on size
  • 1 small jar of Miracle Whip
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the pasta until al dente. Rinse with cold water to prevent it from sticking together. Then transfer it to a bowl. Drain the mushrooms and peas and toss them in the bowl with the chopped cucumber, diced sausage, and Miracle Whip. Add a little cucumber juice, season with salt and pepper, and stir again. Done. You can also add corn or paprika. But we don’t like that much.
