Fruity salad made from fermented apple and red cabbage

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g red cabbage (apple red cabbage), fermented
  • ½ apple, peeled, coarsely grated
  • 20 g walnuts
  • 50 g blue cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Preheat the oven to 150°C (300°F), place the walnuts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and roast them in the middle rack of the oven for about 10 minutes. The walnuts are done when they are shiny and the insides are lightly browned. Mix the red cabbage and freshly grated apple in a bowl and arrange on a flat plate. Crumble the cheese over the top and top with the walnut halves.
