Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 banana(s), ripe
- 180 g strawberries, frozen
- 120 g blueberries, frozen
- 150 ml fruit juice of your choice
- 50 ml lemon juice with ginger (ginger shot)
- 2 tbsp, sautéed chia seeds
- 2 tbsp linseed oil
- e.g. pumpkin seeds
- n. B. linseed
- e.g. chia seeds
- blueberries
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Blend all ingredients in a food processor or immersion blender, transfer to a bowl, and garnish with pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, chia seeds, and blueberries, if desired. You can swap out any fruit and vary it as desired. This batch is enough for one large or two small bowls.
