Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 can/n tomatoes, peeled
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 large onion(s)
- 1 tsp parsley, dried
- 1 tsp oregano, dried
- olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic, then sauté in olive oil. Then add the remaining ingredients to the pot and simmer for about 20 minutes. Blend thoroughly with a hand blender. Serve with croutons and basil.
