fruity, crunchy and healthy
Peel and puree the bananas and grate the washed apples. Combine the flour, oats, sunflower seeds, raisins, and nuts in a bowl. Add the bananas and apples with a little salt and mix everything together. Gradually add a little water until you have a sticky mixture. Place the mixture on a baking tray lined with baking paper and place in the oven. Preheat oven: 200°C (top/bottom heat). Baking time: approx. 35-40 minutes. These instructions are for one baking tray. The bars are best cut immediately after baking. Stored in a cookie tin, the muesli bars are still delicious after 3-5 days. If you like, you can of course freeze them and enjoy them at a later time. Tips: If you prefer a slightly sweeter version, you can add 100g of grated chocolate and/or a little sugar/sweetener. They are perfect as a (healthy) snack during school or university breaks or simply as a snack between meals. I used a nut mix this time, but of course, it tastes just as good with your favorite kind of nut. Chopped nuts work best, but you can also chop whole nuts yourself.
