Frutti Di Mare with Leek and Peppers

The perfect frutti di mare with leek and peppers recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Frutti di Mare TK
  • 2 tbsp Curry oil
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 pole Leeks
  • 3 Mini – peppers
  • 1,5 cm Fresh ginger
  • 200 ml Riesling
  • 2 tbsp Sour cream
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce japanese
  • Pepper from the grinder
  1. Cut the leek into rings and wash well.
  2. Peel the garlic and cut into small pieces.
  3. Snack – quarter the peppers lengthways, remove and cut into small pieces.
  4. Peel and grate ginger.
  5. Fry seafood (prawns, mussels, squid pieces and tentacles) with ginger in the seasoning oil while stirring.
  6. Add the leek, continue stirring.
  7. Pull everything to the edge, add paprika and garlic.
  8. Deglaze with Riesling, simmer a little.
  9. Add the sour cream and dissolve in the sauce while stirring.
  10. Season to taste with soy sauce and pepper.
