Frutti Di Mare with Leek and Peppers

- 400 g Frutti di Mare TK
- 2 tbsp Curry oil
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 pole Leeks
- 3 Mini – peppers
- 1,5 cm Fresh ginger
- 200 ml Riesling
- 2 tbsp Sour cream
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce japanese
- Pepper from the grinder
- Cut the leek into rings and wash well.
- Peel the garlic and cut into small pieces.
- Snack – quarter the peppers lengthways, remove and cut into small pieces.
- Peel and grate ginger.
- Fry seafood (prawns, mussels, squid pieces and tentacles) with ginger in the seasoning oil while stirring.
- Add the leek, continue stirring.
- Pull everything to the edge, add paprika and garlic.
- Deglaze with Riesling, simmer a little.
- Add the sour cream and dissolve in the sauce while stirring.
- Season to taste with soy sauce and pepper.
