Ingredients
 

  • 400 g Frutti di Mare TK
  • 2 tbsp Curry oil
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 pole Leeks
  • 3 Mini - peppers
  • 1,5 cm Fresh ginger
  • 200 ml Riesling
  • 2 tbsp Sour cream
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce japanese
  • Pepper from the grinder

Instructions
 

  • Cut the leek into rings and wash well.
  • Peel the garlic and cut into small pieces.
  • Snack - quarter the peppers lengthways, remove and cut into small pieces.
  • Peel and grate ginger.
  • Fry seafood (prawns, mussels, squid pieces and tentacles) with ginger in the seasoning oil while stirring.
  • Add the leek, continue stirring.
  • Pull everything to the edge, add paprika and garlic.
  • Deglaze with Riesling, simmer a little.
  • Add the sour cream and dissolve in the sauce while stirring.
  • Season to taste with soy sauce and pepper.
