Quinoa Pancakes
The perfect quinoa pancakes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 3 Medium sized cooked potatoes
- 250 g Quinoa
- 1 Egg
- Salt, pepper, chilli
- Cook the quinoa according to the instructions on the packet (25-40 minutes in salted water), drain and let cool. Add the potatoes and knead the egg and everything together. Then add the salt and pepper and some ground chilli.
- Put some oil in a pan and heat it up, shape the “dough” into small cookies with your hands and bake them until they are crispy. I also have sweet and sour sauce or paprika sauce.
- 3rd tip: If you have vegetables left over, you can grate them and add them, so it tastes different every time 🙂
