Quinoa Pancakes

The perfect quinoa pancakes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 Medium sized cooked potatoes
  • 250 g Quinoa
  • 1 Egg
  • Salt, pepper, chilli
  1. Cook the quinoa according to the instructions on the packet (25-40 minutes in salted water), drain and let cool. Add the potatoes and knead the egg and everything together. Then add the salt and pepper and some ground chilli.
  1. Put some oil in a pan and heat it up, shape the “dough” into small cookies with your hands and bake them until they are crispy. I also have sweet and sour sauce or paprika sauce.
  1. 3rd tip: If you have vegetables left over, you can grate them and add them, so it tastes different every time 🙂
